PowerliftPal is an in development iOS application which will be able to simulate a powerlifting meet along with giving tips to optimize technique for the big three lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift. IV MILLER - AUTOMATIC BOTTLE CAP LOADER
Technology Used: C++, Teensy 4.1 Microcontroller, Perfect Prox Distance Sensors, Jet Valves, 3D Printing
This automatic cap loader was a revamp of an un-operational system owned by IV Miller; a metalized cap manufacturing company. The revamp included adapting the machine to use a variety of different caps while moving at speeds over 300 parts per minute. The fastest we have seen on the market!
MILLER PLATING - WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM
Technologies Used: C++, Arduino, Solid State Relays, Siemens Contactor, Dual Diaphragm Pumps
Miller Plating, an electroplating facility, was recently acquired by Miller Industrial Technologies and had a bad track record with waste treatment. This project involved interfacing with sensors and pumps to ensure all waste products are properly treated and disposed.
IV MILLER - OFFLINE SILVERING SYSTEM

Previously, in order to create samples for our customers at IV Miller, we would have to set up the entire production line for a run of 10-20 caps which was very inefficient. This new system allowed for sample caps to be made without interfering with production at all. Click below to learn more!

IV Miller is a metalized cap provider; an industry where quality is so important and problems need to be detected as quick as possible. Because of this, we decided to invest time into creating an automatic defective cap system.
