Welcome to Stoke! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stoke mobile application (the “App”) and related services. By using Stoke, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

 

Eligibility

 

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Stoke. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

 

Use of the App

 

Stoke provides AI-powered workout generation and training suggestions. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

 

 

Health Disclaimer

 

Stoke is not a medical service. All workouts and training suggestions are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program. You assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

 

 

Accounts

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

 

 

Subscriptions & Payments

 

If Stoke offers paid features, subscription details and billing terms will be presented within the App. Payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.

 

 

Intellectual Property

 

All content, branding, and technology in Stoke are owned by Stoke (Wallet Technologies, Inc.) or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Stoke and its creators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the App, workouts, or suggestions provided. Use at your own risk.

 

 

Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

 

 

Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
